Hussle was shot and killed in March 2019 outside a clothing store he owned in South Los Angeles. Months before his passing, the slain rapper planned to meet with Los Angeles police officers to address gang violence. It’s just sad what happened.”Born in 1985, Hussle was raised in the Crenshaw District of South Central Los Angeles. At 14 years-old, Hussle joined the Rollin 60′s Neighborhood Crips, a street gang in Los Angeles.

Fast food employees demand corporations halt efforts to overturn labor law

On Tuesday afternoon, champions of AB 257 — such as Assembly members Wendy Carillo and Miguel Santiago — spoke to a loud crowd of fast food workers and supporters. AB 257 gives more than half a million low-wage fast food workers the power to raise the industry-wide minimum wage to up to $22 per hour. California’s fast food workers are more than twice as likely to live in poverty compared to other workers in the state. Additionally, nearly 80% of California’s fast food workers are people of color and about two-thirds are women. He made it clear that fast food workers deserve dignity and respect.

After 38 minutes, Bayern forward Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting doubled the visitors’ lead with his fourth goal in three games. Bellingham headed in a cross from former Bayern center-back Niklas Suele to give Dortmund the lead after only two minutes. Despite being awarded six penalty kicks in 11 games, Leverkusen have been unable to score from the penalty spot this season. Freiburg bounced back from last week’s thrashing by Bayern by defeating Werder Bremen 2-0 in the second half to reclaim third place.
