Fans can go behind the scenes of BBC's His Dark Materials for the first time at epic exhibition in Wales

A new exhibition at a Swansea art gallery will offer fantasy fans the chance to go behind-the-scenes of BBC and HBO's multi award-winning series His Dark Materials. Met Office issues first snow forecast of the year

But there is some snow in the forecast for next month. The Met Office long-range forecast some snow is "expected to fall in any showers in northern and western areas" around the second week in November. A family with young children have lost most of their possessions after a fire ripped through their home in south Wales. Marilyn Hemmings and husband Mark have been left devastated after a fire started at their three-bed semi on Haydn Terrace, Merthyr Tydfil on Friday, October 21.
