You can’t move with it and the goal is to attempt to catch the frisbee in your end zone to score a point. It’s seven on seven and games are played to 13 with anywhere from a 75 to 90 minute time cap. “My favorite moments were seeing the rookies catching their first goals and getting their first taste of winning,” Gutowsky said.5 months ago Royal Purple

Keegan CongletonContributing WriterAlmost everybody has enjoyed fried rice at least once. Whenever my family makes too much rice for dinner, the next day we have fried rice for lunch. The main reason your fried rice might be less than what you expected is butter. These three ingredients are not necessary, though, and I have made great quality fried rice without them. If you are looking for the classic fried rice vegetables use carrots, peas, and onions.1 month ago The Sewanee Purple
TechnologiesThere are about 1.1 million septic systems statewide, with the majority of them classified as conventional. Under current regulations, all septic systems must be 70 feet or more from waters that contain shellfish. Skip Stiles, executive director of the nonprofit Wetlands Watch, warned waste from failed septic systems could also impact the aquaculture industry. In 2021, the General Assembly passed a bill from Sen. Ghazala Hashmi, D-Chesterfield, requiring state septic regulations to consider climate change. “The big challenge,” he said, is crafting regulations that are forward-thinking when it comes to climate change impacts.5 months ago Royal Examiner

The Virginia Department of Forestry plants the acorns and nuts from native tree species at state-run nurseries to grow into seedlings that will be transplanted throughout the state. The conservancy provided him with a user guide to collecting seeds, acorns, and other resources to help him get started. McLaughlin said that volunteers like Ortmeier are responsible for most of the acorns and nuts the nursery plants each year. He had collected 40 pounds, but a small army of chipmunks snatched away the majority after he left his haul outside.5 months ago Royal Examiner
The Tower has been the backdrop to royal life, beheadings, scandals and political turmoil for centuries, but did you know about the ghosts? There are several memorable accounts that the ghost of Anne Boleyn has been spotted at the Tower of London several times almost 500 years after her death. A poignant example was in 1864 when Captain J. D. Dundas was living in the Tower of London. Others believe they have captured photographs of the young ghosts whilst looking around the exhibits. As early as the year 1210, wild animals were kept at the Tower of London, often referred to as the menagerie.4 months ago Royal Central
