Rylan Clark has revealed he's found himself bruised in unusual places after asking fans to 'send help'. He then offered a few updates on his Instagram Story as he, Emma, and Oti got walking. I’ve managed to somehow bruise my face (and) my collarbones from the rucksack so today carrying that (will) be quite difficult." He added: "I’ve not actually slept, which is quite gutting because my… sleeping bag didn’t fit me. I think I’ve slept but actually I feel like I’ve been awake all night."
