Two years ago, with Honda on their way out of Formula 1, Red Bull took their first steps towards becoming an engine supplier by creating the Red Bull Powertrains division. Ford will reportedly part-fund the engine Red Bull are designing in light of the new regulations that will be introduced that year. Now they’ve reported grabbed Ford’s attention as, linking up with Red Bull, they also have a cost-effective route onto the grid. Red Bull will launch their 2023 season at 2pm UK time in New York. ‘Predator’ lured girl, 16, away from friends to rape her in West End

(Met Police)A rapist has been jailed after luring a “vulnerable” 16-year-old girl away from friends before attacking her in an alleyway off Leicester Square. Timothy King, 37, who went on to rape another woman after locking her in a house was jailed for 21 years this week. The teenager tried to fight back but could not stop him, Reading Crown Court heard. Despite police launching an investigation 12 days later King went on to rape another woman this time in Slough. Timothy King, 37, formally of Kilburn was sentenced at Reading Crown Court to 21 years’ imprisonment with a seven year extended license.

FAW willing to accept fines for wearing anti-discrimination armband in Qatar

The Football Association of Wales is willing to accept FIFA fines for wearing an anti-discrimination armband at the World Cup in Qatar, says its chief executive Noel Mooney. Like Kane, Wales captain Gareth Bale wore the OneLove armband in the Nations League last month and Mooney has now outlined the FAW’s stance. “We have put in a request to FIFA to wear the armband and we’re very comfortable with that,” Mooney told the PA news agency.
