In the past, holding units for recycled water were the old percolating ponds, designed to perc. “Our rates are higher but the price remains steady creating a stability of supply with the investment in infrastructure like our recycled water system. “When you go with the behavioral model, it can cause friction between neighbors; it’s not a good way to operate. We will continue to refine operations—with the expansion of the recycled water system and more effective methods to use water at home.
