If anyone is qualified to make a tentative comparison between the late Shane Warne and Australia's latest spin debutant, Todd Murphy, it would be Jamie Murphy. "There's a lot of traits of Warnie in Todd," the 56-year-old Murphy told cricket.com.au on Thursday morning. "The (step-up beyond Premier cricket) I wasn't able to do, wasn't good enough to do. Murphy and Warne sat next to each other in St Kilda’s official '91-92 premiership photograph, which is proudly hung up in the Junction Oval clubrooms. "People got an impression of Warnie, but people don't realise how hard he worked to get where we got," said Jamie.
