County were shocking in the first half and Walsall, who were hardly sparkling, should have had more of a lead. Coughlan & Co face some tough selection decisions because County need to be on it from the off at Victoria Park. Those that were replaced remain key figures and will play big roles in Hartlepool but the changes led to an upturn in fortunes for County. With games coming thick and fast, County need to chose when to rotate the starters but those on the bench need to be impactful. Instead County have put themselves in a terrific position by beating Swindon and Barrow then sharing the spoils with Stevenage and Walsall.
