Speaking on the ITV1 Martin Lewis Money Show Live, he said: "I used to say before 2015 your money is nicer in a cash ISA. Even those on the higher 40% income tax rate can still earn £500 a year. He urged that when you open a new cash ISA, you are asked by the bank whether you want to transfer another cash ISA account to it.
