Mum-of-three Helen took some time to capture some photos and memories during the trip, which she later posted on Instagram. The first snap sees blonde beauty Helene smiling while wearing a cute blue and white gingham pattern bikini, with hipster bottoms and a top which had spaghetti straps on. Helen beamed for the snap as she held on to her baby daughter Elsie. It comes after Helen credited Strictly Come Dancing for helping her "remember who she is" following her split from Richie Myler.
