James O’Mahony, who was in his early 20s, was a passenger in a car heading to Galway city on Sunday, February 5. A GoFundMe page has been set up in a bid to raise funds to help James’ family. Tributes have poured in for James, as he is fondly remembered in the community as a “beautiful person” gone too soon. Another said: "Can't believe it, I'm at a loss for words, RIP gone way too early.
