New Glentoran manager Rodney McAree says the club will pursue the best players in the Premiership as it seeks to win a first League title since 2009. The Glens remain in contention for Irish Cup success and there is still time to revive title hopes. Ahead of his first home game in charge of the side against his former club Dungannon tomorrow night, McAree has reinforced the Glens’ mission to sign the cream of the crop of domestic talent. “If we identify a player who is a fabulous talent, we would like to bring him to Glentoran. “To be able to attract players like Niall McGinn speaks volumes for the quality of the League,” added McAree.
