Review by Ritchie Birnie for MPMIt is Stone Broken, it is Scotland and so I am there. The difference this time is the band are shaking things up, some stuff from the past, some reworks. A lot of the time you get songs stripped back and played how they were written so I will take it every time. If you are going to this tour before the boys play full electric from 13th February onwards do not miss this set. The band took to the stage with the Revelation stage show with added lights and banners.

Formed in 2014 Bridgend rockers Those Damn Crows have undertaken quite the expedition to reach where we arrive this evening. It’s a far, far cry from our first Swansea-flavoured taste of the Crows across the city at Hangar 18. I was impressed to hear how the musical range of Idol’s recent work breached gaps from punk to power pop and elements of basic metal, all held together by his alternative flamboyancy.
