Dallas Cowboys kicker Brett Maher had himself an awful game last week against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers,On each of the Cowboys' first four touchdowns, Maher missed the extra point. According to The Athletic, Maher missed at least four kicks during the early portion of his warmups, pushing them all to the right. "I believe in the hot hand, and I believe in the yips, absolutely," Fassel said, via ESPN. He had a hot hand. So far, Maher hasn't rediscovered the hot hand just yet.

For title-contending Nuggets, reincorporating Jamal Murray, Michael Porter Jr. isn't as easy as it sounds

Add Murray and Porter alongside Jokic, the reigning back-to-back MVP, and the Nuggets should shatter last season's 49 wins, which earned them a No. Matters are complicated partly because, at least for the beginning of the season, Murray will be on an unrelenting minutes restriction after going over 18 months between NBA games. In a tiny sample size so far this season, the Nuggets aren't exactly lighting up the scoreboard (relatively) with Jokic and Porter on the court. Early in the win over the Warriors, Porter showed that his timing and reads are still a bit lacking after his long layoff. Jokic is why most people aren't too worried about Murray and Porter quickly getting back to their old form.

Fantasy Football: Latest on Week 7 injuries, Isiah Pacheco to start, plus rankings updates

And it definitely isn't the case for Week 7, with a ton of big injuries still being tracked as of this morning. In a backfield averaging just 19.5 RB carries per game, I just don't think I'm particularly excited about the prospect of a continued split, whether Pacheco is the lead. He is absolutely a must-add, but he's more like an RB3 this week -- I think I'd start both 49ers back over him. I think I expect Kenyan Drake to be the lead back, but I don't think you can expect much more than a dozen carries or so in a best-case scenario. Technically, all three of these guys aren't even on the injury report this week, so they're going to play.
