Miami couldn’t get any threes to fall and the Bucks rarely looked uncomfortable. The lead quickly stretched out to 20 and hung around there for most of the third with not much of note really happening. Miami wasn’t the only team with a rough outing coming out of All-Star break, but a 128-99 loss is a 128-99 loss whichever way you slice it. It didn’t take long for Love (eight rebounds, four assists, no points) to join the starting lineup. It’s a natural fit putting a big who can shoot and rebound next to Adebayo, and Love’s pick-and-pop game is a strong accompaniment to any of Miami’s ballhandlers.
