The celebration included hitting the switch atop the Empire State Building to “Empire steel Gray” and “City View Blue” (think royal blue). But when a new vice president of operations was installed at the Empire State Building, Umay’s design concept was refreshed. For now, he is reveling in the Empire State Building feat.
