line in a 1980s milk advert has been jailed for murder, it's been revealed. Kevin Spaine was today (February 22) jailed for life with a minimum term of 18 years for the murder of Learoy Venner. As he then pours himself a glass of milk, Spaine reacts by saying: "Milk? He said if I drink lots of milk, when I grow up I'm going to be good enough to play for Accrington Stanley." Mr Spaine was a very promising young footballer, and he appeared in a very famous advertisement on the television - an advert for milk involving Accrington Stanley.

Rishi Sunak could charge people £10 for missed NHS appointments in a crackdown

On Wednesday (October 26), The Telegraph quoted the Prime Minister’s spokeswoman as saying Mr Sunak “stands by the sentiment” of the pledge to introduce a £10 penalty.
